Veranda Views has Gulf views and a private pool, and is located in North Cape San Blas' gated Seagrass community. VV includes large wrap-around verandas with 1,000+ sq ft of outdoor porch space, about 200 steps to beach, 6 bikes & 3 kayaks are complimentary, open floor plan with gourmet kitchen, panoramic views of Gulf & sunsets, very large master suite with Gulf viewS and private porch. Pets ok with pet fee. Wide & white sand beach is pet friendly 24/7 and allows dogs 365 days/year. Veranda Views has 2 large wrap-around enclosed porches (did we mention 1,000+ sq ft?!), a sun deck, private pool which can be heated (small fee), both sunset and sunrise views, short walk to private boardwalk beach access, gourmet fully-stocked kitchen, LVP flooring throughout, located in upscale gated Seagrass community, large yard for kids & pets, both covered & uncovered parking for six+ vehicles/boats/RV. Wrap-around porches provide multiple outdoor areas for grilling, eating, reading, coffee, adult beverages, sunning & star-gazing. Includes both private pool (heated for small fee) and community pool, covered parking for 4+ cars, park pad for boat/trailer/cars/RV/jet ski, fully stocked chef's kitchen with island, enclosed hot-water outdoor open air shower, gas grill, TVs in every bedroom including a 65" Samsung SmartTV in the 2-story great room, private top-level master king-size suite with whirlpool tub and walk-in closet, ground level king-size bedroom with walk-in closet & private full bath, main-level queen-size bedroom & bunk room share a full bath, separate full size laundry room with ironing board & drying rack. The beach is just a short stroll away and Cape San Blas' 8 mile bike/running path is just across the road. Also within walking distance is Scully's (great gumbo and low country boil), St. Joe's Seafood Market, the Tradin' Post general store, coffee & ice cream shops and Weber's donuts. Summary: We wanted something for our family vacation that was close enough to walk to the beach and come back up for lunch. This house was it! The neighborhood is gated and fairly small, and we felt like we had the beach to ourselves. We had plenty of room to spread out if we wanted to. We were able to walk up to the house for lunch and even for bathroom breaks if needed. It was our first time to Cape San Blas and we will be back! The owners had lots of gear for us to use (life jackets/kayaks/floats/paddles/sand toys) and kitchen was well stocked with appliances. There were just a few small things that didn’t impact us negatively, but I feel could help another family.Layout- For us being a family that is all comfortable sharing bathrooms it was fine but it wasn’t apparent in the listing how it was set up. Bottom floor- king room with a small but full bathroom en suite. Middle floor (main living area) has 2 bedrooms- queen room and bunk room with a jack and Jill bathroom. 3rd floor is the master with en suite bath and also another bunk room. That room has to use the master bath inside that bedroom or use another floor bathroom. There was also only 1 kid bike which was rusted almost completely even though there are 5 bunk beds. Lots of adult bikes. Overall? We loved the house and the location was fantastic!
